Due to the way our orders are processed, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. We therefore ask you to take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process to ensure the correct details are entered before placing your order.
If you need to amend your delivery address, you may be able to do this once you have received a tracking number and confirmation from the courier that your package has been received. You will then be able to amend the delivery address at this point by contacting them directly.
